The Inner Authority Audit

I have noticed some similar situations coming up frequently in clients, so I designed and built a tool app to give a bespoke audit summary to help.

You can have good judgement and plenty of experience, yet still find yourself holding back. It might be letting a point go when you know you were right or staying quiet when someone else receives the credit for your idea. Then, afterwards wondering why you didn't take action at the time.

It just feels like a vague sense of not showing up as yourself.

So the audit asks eight questions designed to find out if there is a pattern. Real situations that are relevant in leadership and being a founder.

What you get at the end

A written summary that covers what your answers suggest is going on, tips on where it would be most useful to focus first, and four practical things to try.

It is written from your particular combination of answers, so two people who take it will get different summaries. There are no categories and nothing is scored against a norm.

I wrote the thinking behind it and AI tailors the final summary to your answers so that it is specific rather than generic.

Eight questions which take about ten minutes where you receive real practical tips to help.
