If you have accessed the audit free of charge, you will not be charged for that access if the audit becomes paid in future.
We may introduce charges for new users, new versions, or additional features in future. If we do, the pricing and terms in force at that time will apply to those new purchases or paid features only.
5. Your use of the audit
You agree to use the audit only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse, disrupt or interfere with the audit or any related systems.

9. Our lawful bases for using your data
Depending on the circumstances, we rely on one or more of the following lawful bases under UK data protection law:

legitimate interests, where processing is reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the audit and our services
consent, where we ask for it, including for email marketing where required
legal obligation, where we need to keep records or comply with the law
10. AI-generated output
Your profile is generated by an AI language model using the answers you provide. The questions, frameworks and overall approach behind the audit reflect the intellectual property and methodology of Katherine Ashmore and Ashmore Health Ltd.
The output is intended as a reflective starting point only. It may be incomplete, imperfect, or affected by limitations in AI systems. It should not be treated as a definitive assessment, diagnosis, or recommendation, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for personal, professional, legal, medical, mental health, employment or financial decisions.
We do not guarantee that the output will be accurate, complete, error-free, suitable for your particular circumstances, or available at all times.
11. Anonymised and aggregated use
We may use de-identified, anonymised or aggregated insights derived from use of the audit to review, improve and develop our tools and services.
We do not intentionally publish or share your identifiable individual answers as part of that process.
12. Who we share data with
We may share personal data where necessary with trusted service providers who help us operate the audit or our business, such as website, hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment or AI processing providers.
We may also share data where required by law, where necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or as part of a business restructure or sale.
We require third-party providers acting on our behalf to process personal data only as permitted and to handle it with appropriate safeguards.
13. International transfers
Some third-party providers we use may process personal data outside the UK.
Where that happens, we will take steps required by data protection law to protect your personal data using appropriate safeguards.

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this document.
If you opt in to the audit and join our mailing list, we will keep your name and email address for as long as you remain subscribed to the mailing list.
If you unsubscribe, we may keep limited information for a reasonable period afterwards where necessary to ensure we continue to respect your opt-out, deal with any requests, maintain suppression records, or comply with legal obligations.
We will keep audit response data, support emails, technical logs and payment records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, including service delivery, troubleshooting, record-keeping, legal compliance and business administration.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
request access to your personal data
request correction of inaccurate personal data
request deletion of your personal data
request restriction of processing
object to certain processing
request transfer of your personal data

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your personal data is handled.
16. Technical availability
The audit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, compatibility with every device or browser, or that the audit will always function without faults, delays or downtime. We may change, suspend or discontinue the audit, or any part of it, at any time.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your profile, please contact contact@katherineashmore.com.
17. Wellbeing and support
This audit is designed for self-reflection. It is not intended as crisis support or as a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic care.

18. Intellectual property
The Inner Authority Audit, including its design, wording, questions, structure, frameworks, methodology and related content, is the intellectual property of Ashmore Health Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, resell or commercially exploit any part of the audit or its content without our prior written permission.
19. Future paid access, delivery and refunds
This section will apply only if we introduce a paid version of the audit in future.
Where you buy paid access, the product will be digital content supplied electronically.
If you choose to access the digital content immediately after purchase, you may be asked during checkout to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period to the extent permitted by law.
Once the digital content has been delivered or access has begun with the required consent and acknowledgement, refunds for change of mind will not usually be available. This does not affect any rights you may have under consumer law if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not comply with legal requirements.
20. Liability
Nothing in this document excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or purely economic loss arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the audit or its output.
Where we are legally liable to you in connection with a paid version of the audit, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for that access. Where access was provided free of charge, our total liability will not exceed the amount permitted by law in the circumstances.
21. Changes to the audit or this document
We may update the audit and this document from time to time.
If we make material changes, the updated version will apply from the time it is published or otherwise communicated to you. Continued use of the audit after that point will mean you accept the revised version.
22. Governing law
This document is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, any mandatory rights that apply where you live will still apply.
